Swimming Sports

Yesterday we had our swimming sports at Ngaruawahia pools. It looked like glitter. Everyone swam like jets flying in the sky. They swam really great in the water. I did freestyle. I came 3rd, then we had morning tea. It was yummy. I did backstroke. I came 2nd, then the little kids came. They did ball race.

Chinese New Year

That the Chinese invented tangrams. Tangrams are 7 shapes formed into an object. On Thursday, Room 4 went to the pools  to do swimming lessons.All of the people in the deep  pool joined us.

First Day Jitters

Today is the first day of school in 2015. I am in Room 4. I am in Year 4. It was really scary coming to school this morning because I was going to be in a new classroom and I didn't know what it would be like.
Today is the second day, and I am feeling very happy, because I like it in Room 4. There are lots of computers and laptops. All my friends are in here. We might be allowed to play a game on the computer if we are very very good. We like to learn and we will learn a lot this year.
